Ilan
Wexler |
|
|
| Ilan
Wexler, partner, earned his law degree
at Washington University in St. Louis and joined
the firm in 1987. He mainly limits his practice
to personal injury claims. He was honored as
Outstanding Trial Lawyer for 1999 by the Mahoning-Trumbull
Academy of Trial Lawyers for his work in proving
an area nursing home’s liability in the
injuries suffered by a patient who was left,
unrestrained, in her room alone. The case illustrated
his vision of the law, he says, in that it was “ a
classic example of using one’s talents
to care for a community: It goes to helping people
who are unable to fight big companies on their
own — they either lose or give up.” |
